Hot Cold Therapy Ankle Wrap
Hot or Cold Therapy Ankle Wrap including two 3" x 6" Soft Ice Packs.
The universal design of the ankle wrap allows it to fit either the left or right ankle or foot. Store the Soft Ice Pack in the freezer to apply cold therapy.
Remove when required and insert directly into the pouches on the ankle wrap. Position the wrap over either the left or right foot or ankle and secure with the velcro tab.
The wrap will absorb moisture and deliver a gentle and adjustable compression.
The ankle / foot wrap has a soft cotton backing which helps to protect the skin whilst the insulated outer fabric directs maximum hot or cold therapy to the ankle or foot.
Re useable packs deliver comfortable, deep-penetrating cold or hot therapy to injured joints, ligaments and muscles.
When used as a heat pack, the packs retain their consistency and do not become a liquid. Simply pop the packs in a clean microwave on the lowest setting for 30 seconds and insert into the ankle wrap to apply heat therapy.
The packs use a natural, non-toxic and biodegradable formula that stays highly flexible and comfortable right out of the freezer.

For acute pain, use cold therapy during the first 48 hours and alternate with heat therapy after the swelling goes down.
Use moist heat or heat therapy for chronic pain. Please Note: Doctors typically recommend the application of cold or heat therapy not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes between applications.
