Cancellation Policy

After contacting Customer Services with your intention to cancel, if the item(s) have not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy.

After delivery of your order from, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt.

You may either do this in writing at the address below or alternatively email customer services with your cancellation request. Perishable goods may be exempt from your right to cancel.

You are responsible to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods to us in good condition with all product packaging and tags in tact. You are responsible for the return of the goods at your own cost via a registered mail or courier service.

If your item(s) are particularly heavy, and you require help or advice or assistance in their return, please Contact Customer Services.

If the goods are not received within a reasonable time period we may charge for the direct cost in recovering the goods.
