The purchaser should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify the seller sales@tmlabs.co.uk within seven working days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If the purchaser fails to do so the purchaser is deemed to have accepted the goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the purchaser to TM Labs. The purchaser is thus entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are found to be defective.

As a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing the seller sales@tmlabs.co.uk within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned by the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
The purchaser will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods including delivery charges, except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the purchaser fails to return the goods following cancellation, TM Labs shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the purchaser.

Delivery Policy

All orders are processed the same business working day.
Parcels under 2kg are dispatched by first class recorded Royal Mail, parcels over 25kg are sent by courier.
In all cases a signature is required upon delivery.
