What is drop shipping?

Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique. The retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead places the customers order with a manufacturer or wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in all retail businesses, the retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

How soon do you despatch?

All parcels are dispatched in 1-2 business days. This is the best service we can offer. Parcels under 2kg are sent out by first class Royal Mail. Drop ship orders placed before the daily weekday collection will be dispatched the same day.

Drop ship parcels over 2kg are sent out by courier. Orders placed before the Mon - Fri 10am courier booking deadline will leave the same day, otherwise the next business working day. Tracking details will be emailed to you.

Do you drop ship parcels worldwide.

At the present time we only drop ship parcels from destinations within England to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

What is meant by plain cover?

Plain cover means any drop shipped orders are sent out with no reference to ourselves. No invoice, no packing slip and no marketing materials. The invoice for your order is sent via email to you.

How do I know what your stock levels are?

Upon your first drop ship order, we will automatically add you to our stock alert. In the unlikely event stock of a particular product is running low, you will be emailed a stock alert.

What is your returns policy for drop shipped orders?

In the event your customer decides to return any product, it is your responsibility to get the product returned to us. As long as the product is returned to us in a re-saleable condition, ie, packaging and product undamaged, we will then refund the purchase price of the product to you. Shipping costs incurred by us are non re-fundable.

How do I use your drop shipping service.

To use our drop shipping service, firstly you need to have a wholesale account in place. If you do not currently have a wholesale drop shipping account with us, please fill in the online form below. Your account details will then be emailed to you along with our product weights and postage prices.

After logging in as a wholesale drop shipping customer on this site, you will then have access to trade prices and be able to place your drop shipper orders.

What is your pricing policy.

You may sell the products at your own designated pricing within reason. Please do not de-value our Company products by selling them at ridiculously cheap prices however.

Do you charge a membership fee for your drop shipping service?

The current membership fee is £19.99 for one year. We have to charge a fee to protect ourselves from the unscrupulous who request drop shipping accounts in order to purchase personal items at wholesale prices.

A serious seller will make back the £19.99 in a day. Sellers with a spend over £250 excluding postage costs, in their membership year, will have their membership fee refunded.

The membership fee is payable upon placing your first drop ship order and is processed through the shopping cart.

We also charge a flat rate of 25p per parcel which covers our increased administration and packaging costs on drop shipped parcels.
