1.0 All orders with a gross weight under 2kg are despatched the same working day whenever possible. Orders with a gross weight over 2kg placed after 10am are despatched the next working day. The present cut off time for us to successfully book a courier delivery for same day collection from our premises is 10.30am.
2.0 Our shopping cart software automatically calculates shipping prices by the weight of each product, the shipping service requested and the geographical delivery address.
2.1 The shipping services we currently use for mainland UK delivery are:
First Class Royal Mail Parcels - Royal mail aim to deliver the next working day (not guaranteed)
Second Class Royal Mail Parcels - Royal mail aim to delivery within three working days (not guaranteed)
Courier Delivery - 1-2 working days.
3.0 All orders over the weight of 2kg are automatically sent by third party courier such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, Parcel Force etc. Our software as been programmed to provide you with the cheapest courier delivery method depending on your location and weight and dimension of your parcel(s).
4.0 EU delivery and UK offshore islands.
Courier deliver times may range from 5 to 7 working days for UK offshore islands and European customers.
5.0 International delivery schedule. Those outside of the EU should contact us for details of our delivery policy to your specific location.
